Toms brook is the worst and dirtiest unsanitary placez and employees are RUDE!! Woodstock on the other hand is a breath of fresh air!
This location is always very clean and cashiers are always friendly and fast paced.
Went Through the Drive through yesterday, to get a chocolate milkshake compare to the other Arby's it's nowhere close it didn't taste like chocolate milk all they did is put maybe 1 Table spoon of syrup cause the damn thing looked like a pink tint. So the sweet girl that was at the drive thru was going to fix it up and then the Manager come's to the window and started asking like a snotty female. serilously!? your in customer service you don't act like that to anyone and if you are get out of the food service!!!
Clean store. When they forgot to make our milkshake, they immediately gave us full refund! I wasn't complaining or anything. Very professional way to handle the issue. Good customer service! We haven't felt this way at the fast food chain in awhile.
